Frequently Asked Questions
MiniXMart is built for Banasthali University students. You can join with your @banasthali.in college email for instant access, or with a personal email verified by a one-time code. Only verified accounts (campus email, or a personal email with an approved college ID) can sell — everyone can browse and buy.
Log in, click Sell in the navbar, fill in the item details and upload at least one photo, then click Post. Your listing goes live instantly.
Click any listing to open it, then tap Chat with [Seller]. Messages are delivered in real time within the platform — no phone numbers needed.
Go to your Dashboard, find the listing, and click the green Sold button. The item will be removed from public listings immediately.
MiniXMart does not process payments. Buyers and sellers agree on payment directly — cash on campus is the most common method.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, go to Login, enter your email, and click Resend Verification Email. Links expire after 24 hours.

Safety Tips
-
Meet in public campus areas. Always exchange items in busy spots like the canteen, library foyer, or academic block — never isolated areas.
-
Inspect before you pay. Check the item carefully before handing over money. Ask the seller to demonstrate electronics or show all pages of books.
-
Keep communication on-platform. Use the built-in chat so you have a record of what was agreed. Be cautious of anyone pushing you to chat elsewhere.
-
Agree on price before meeting. Confirm the final price in chat to avoid awkward surprises at the handoff.
-
Report suspicious listings. If something looks wrong — stolen goods, fake items, or inappropriate content — contact us immediately via the form above.
-
Never share your password. MiniXMart staff will never ask for your password. Use a unique password for your account.
